Foundera exists for young Australians who have the capability, the drive and the hunger to build something real, but were never given the room, the access or the connections to make it happen.
Why we started
The gap between ambition and access is too wide.
In Australia, there is no shortage of ambitious young people. Walk into any university lecture hall, scroll through any LinkedIn feed, sit in any corporate office. You will find people in their late teens and early twenties who are extraordinary. They have ideas, energy and the work ethic to back it up.
What they do not have is the room. The right introduction at the right moment. The mentor who tells them the truth. The network that opens a door before they even know the door exists.
Foundera was built to close that gap. Not with a course. Not with a certificate. Not with a LinkedIn post that disappears by tomorrow. We built a movement. Real events where you walk away with something. A community that actually knows your name. Connections that do not expire when the networking event ends. This is Foundera.

The first events hit the calendar
The Launchpad pitch night. Industry Leaders Panels. Skill workshops. The first mentoring cohort goes live, pairing young Australians one on one with professionals in their exact field. Small rooms, honest conversations, real outcomes. The community starts to compound. Every event is designed so you walk out with something you did not have before.
Schools, campuses and corporate partners
We bring The Foundera Business Challenge to high schools and universities across New South Wales. Case competitions, industry simulations and summits that connect students directly with the firms that are hiring. Corporate partners come on board to judge, mentor and hire directly from the challenge. Real stakes. Real opportunity.
A national movement
Melbourne. Brisbane. Beyond. Every city in Australia has young people with the drive and the capability who are waiting for the room. We are building that room everywhere. Same mission. Wider reach. The room just gets bigger.

A national network of founders, professionals and students who found the room and never forgot what it felt like to need it.
